Faema in Walnut Creek

Faema commercial service.

Walnut Creek's coffee scene clusters downtown around Locust Street and the Broadway Plaza shopping district in 94596, with neighborhood cafes spread through 94595 and the North Main corridor up into 94597. These are higher-end specialty rooms where a clean Faema shot is part of the brand, and a machine going dark mid-shift is not an option.

Around here we see the full Faema range, from E61 Legend and Jubile heat-exchanger machines to multi-boiler Teorema and Emblema units in the busier downtown rooms and the higher line E71. The local water still scales these machines, so descaling and filtration come up on most visits. These are well-supported, iconic machines and worth repairing rather than replacing.

$150 pickup deposit. Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return are included. Repair work is quoted separately. Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

  • Multi-boiler descaling and element. Teorema and Emblema multi-boiler machines scale on the Walnut Creek line and lose steam or brew temperature. We descale the boilers, test the elements, and set up filtration to slow the buildup.
  • E61 group gaskets and seals. On E61 Legend, Jubile, and E71 machines worn group gaskets cause drips and weak lock. We rebuild the group with fresh gaskets and seals so it holds pressure again.
  • Brew and steam solenoids. A sticking solenoid leaves the group dribbling or the steam wand leaking after you close it. We test the coils and replace the brew or steam solenoid to fix it.
  • Control board and level probe. Boiler-fill and temperature faults on Teorema and Emblema units often come down to a scaled level probe or a failing control board. We diagnose the electronics before replacing anything.
