Piedmont's commercial coffee lives along Piedmont Avenue and Grand Avenue, with the city wrapped by Oakland and sharing those ZIPs (94610, 94611, 94620). The cafes here are small-footprint neighborhood bars where one Faema is the whole espresso program. We service Faema independently, no factory certification, just techs who know the E61 group Faema invented and their heat-exchanger and multi-boiler designs.

Piedmont is about 35 to 45 minutes from San Ramon over the 24 and the 13. Local water scales these machines, so descaling and filtration come up a lot.

What we repair on the bench.

E61 group gaskets and seals. The E61 group Faema designed drips at the gasket as it wears. We rebuild the group on E61 Legend and Jubile so a one-machine bar stays running clean.
Boiler and heat-exchanger descaling. Scale builds in the boiler and heat exchanger and kills steam and recovery. We descale, check the element, and set up filtration so the fix holds on a busy Avenue cafe.
Solenoid valve repair. A leaking group or a steam wand that won't shut points at a solenoid. We test valve and coil and rebuild or replace it on Teorema and Emblema.
Pump and level probe service. Weak pressure or an autofill stuck open traces to the pump or a scaled level probe. We bench the pump, clean the probe, and confirm the board reads it correctly.
