Faema in San Pablo
Faema commercial service.
The Teorema and Emblema are Faema's electronically managed machines. The control board runs the programming, the volumetric dosing and the panel, so when it fails the symptoms range from one button doing nothing to a panel that stays dark. Before we blame the board, we check the parts that feed it, because a failed flowmeter or a loose connector can look exactly like a board fault.
We collect the machine from your counter on San Pablo Avenue, Rumrill Boulevard or anywhere else in San Pablo and take it to our bench. There we run each program, read the doses against their settings and test the board's outputs. The written quote names the part that failed, and we replace nothing until you approve it. Licensed California contractor, CSLB #1136642.

Common repairs we do
What we repair on the bench.
- Dosing buttons delivering the wrong volume. When a programmed dose comes out long, short or different every time, the flowmeter or its wiring is the first suspect. We measure the doses, check the flowmeter signal, and replace the part that is off before reprogramming.
- Panel dead or not responding. A dark panel can mean a failed display, a broken ribbon connection or a board that has lost power. We test the supply to the board and the panel separately, so the fix matches the failure.
- Control board that has actually failed. Sometimes the board is the fault, for example when an output no longer drives a solenoid or the programming will not hold. We confirm that only after the rest of the machine checks out, then replace the board and enter your drink settings again.

FAQ
Faema in San Pablo questions, answered.
-
One group on our Teorema stopped dosing. Is the whole board bad?
Not necessarily. A single group failing usually points to that group's flowmeter, solenoid or wiring. We test each of those before looking at the board, which is the more expensive part to replace. -
Will we lose our drink programming after a board repair?
A new board arrives without your settings. Where the old board still allows it, we record the doses and programs before the swap and set them back up on the bench, so the machine returns pouring the way it did. -
Can you collect from a counter near the civic center on San Pablo Avenue?
Yes. San Pablo Avenue, Rumrill Boulevard and San Pablo East are all inside our pickup area. We agree on a window, collect the machine, and bring it back once the repair is approved and finished. -
What does the Faema pickup deposit cover?
$150–450 deposit depending on the model. It covers pickup, bench diagnosis and return, and is not credited toward the repair. -
How long does Faema bench repair take?
Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. -
What warranty applies to Faema coffee-machine repair?
6 months on parts and labor; 90 days on consumables.
