What we repair on the bench.

Brew and steam solenoid wear from long hours. A cafe open early to late puts more cycles through the brew and steam solenoids in a day than a shop with a single rush period. We test both valves on E61 and Teorema machines and replace whichever one is sticking or leaking.
Pump rebuild for all-day pressure. Steady all-day use wears a pump differently than a burst-heavy schedule, usually showing up as a slow pressure fade over the afternoon instead of a hard failure at open. We gauge pressure and rebuild or replace the pump once it can't hold spec.
Level probe and control board check. A boiler that overfills into the safety valve or a machine cycling errors at random usually traces to a scaled level probe or a control board fault. We test both and only replace the part that's actually failed.
