What we repair on the bench.

Pump pressure diagnosis and rebuild. A single machine running open to close shows weak pump pressure first. We test the pump against the gauge and rebuild it when the seal and vanes are worn, instead of replacing the whole assembly if we don't have to.
Group solenoid replacement. A group head that drips after the shot or won't fire at all is almost always the brew solenoid. We test the valve, replace just the solenoid where possible, and leave the group gasket alone if it's still good.
Steam wand and valve service. A steam wand that sticks open or won't build pressure points to the steam valve or the wand tip itself. We clean or replace the valve and tip so steaming is controlled again, without touching the boiler if that's not the problem.
