Milpitas coffee runs out of the Great Mall food court and the cafes along the McCarthy Ranch and Ranch Drive retail strips in 95035. These are high-traffic spots where a Faema machine takes a beating from open to close, and a single dead group head backs up a whole line of customers.

From San Ramon it is about 35 to 40 minutes down 680, so South Bay calls are an easy reach for us. The water here is hard, and in a busy food-court machine scale builds fast, so descaling and a good filter are usually the first things we check.

E61 group rebuild for heavy use. Food-court Faema machines run all day, and the E61 group gaskets and seals wear quick. We rebuild the group so the shots pour even again.
Heat exchanger descaling. Hard Milpitas water scales the heat exchanger and you lose steam power for milk drinks. We descale the circuit and set up filtration to slow it down.
Pump pressure repair. If shots run weak or slow across the whole machine, the pump is usually the cause. We test pressure under load and rebuild or replace the pump on E61 Legend and Teorema units.
Steam solenoid and wand service. A steam wand that drips or will not cut off is a stuck solenoid most of the time. We rebuild or replace the steam solenoid and clear the wand.
