Brew and steam solenoids. A dripping group head or a steam wand that won't quit is a stuck solenoid. We test the brew and steam valves on Faema E61 and Teorema machines and replace what's failed.
Boiler descaling and filtration. Bishop Ranch tap water scales a plumbed boiler over time. We descale the boiler or heat-exchanger and set up water filtration so it doesn't come right back.
Control board and probe. Erratic temps or false alarms on a Faema usually mean a level probe or control board fault. We read the board, test the probe, and replace the part that's out.
