From San Ramon it's a longer haul, around an hour to an hour and ten down 680 and 85. We service Faema as an independent shop, not an authorized dealer.

E61 group gaskets and seals. Weekend-rush pulls wear the E61 group gaskets on a village-cafe machine. We rebuild the group on Faema E61 Jubile and Legend setups and swap the shower screen.
Heat-exchanger descaling. A plumbed Faema in Saratoga scales over time. We descale the heat-exchanger and boiler, check the element, and set up filtration since water quality drives most of the failures out here.
Steam solenoid and wand. A steam wand that weeps or won't shut is a steam solenoid problem. We test the coil and valve and replace it so the wand seals clean between drinks.
Pump and level probe. Low brew pressure or false water alarms come from the rotary pump or a scaled level probe. We test both, clean or replace the probe, and rebuild the pump if output's down.
