Santa Clara's coffee runs from the cafes around the University and downtown in 95050 out to the tech-campus shops near the Mission College and Great America corridor in 95054, with neighborhood spots filling 95051. Plenty of these high-traffic shops run Faema multi-boiler and E61 machines through long days.

From San Ramon it's about 55 minutes to an hour down 680 and 880. We're an independent service shop, not Faema-certified, and the quote is in writing before any work begins.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Multi-boiler board and probe. On Faema multi-boiler machines, drifting temperature or odd readings point to a control board or level probe. We read the controls, test the probe, and reset it to spec.
E61 group rebuild. Campus-traffic volume burns through E61 group gaskets and seals. We rebuild the group on Faema E61 Legend and Emblema machines and reseat the shower screen so shots run clean.
Heat-exchanger descaling. Plumbed machines scale up on Santa Clara water. We descale the heat-exchanger and boiler, check the element, and recommend filtration to stretch the next interval.
Pump and brew solenoid. No flow or weak shots trace to the rotary pump or a stuck brew solenoid. We test pressure on both and rebuild the valve or replace the pump as needed.
