These are low-volume, high-expectation bars where a heat-exchanger machine needs to be dialed and quiet. E61 group gasket and seal work. On E61 Legend and Jubile groups the brew gasket goes first and starts seeping. We rebuild the group and reseat the lever so it runs tight and clean.
Brew solenoid service. A group that keeps dripping after the shot is usually a stuck brew solenoid. We clean or replace it and clear any scale in the valve body.
Level probe and fill diagnosis. Erratic fill or a boiler that will not stop topping off points to the level probe. We descale and test the probe and the fill solenoid before swapping anything.
