Faema in Dublin

Faema commercial service.

Dublin's coffee counters sit in the newer retail off Dublin Boulevard and around the Hacienda Crossings and Persimmon Place centers in 94568, plus the commuter shops near the BART station. A lot of this is fast-turnover trade, and a Faema heat-exchanger machine has to hold up to back-to-back orders through the commute window.

We run out of San Ramon, about 15 minutes east on I-580 to Dublin.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Heat-exchanger descaling and element check. Tri-Valley water scales Faema heat-exchanger boilers steadily. We descale the circuit, test the heating element, and put proper filtration on the plumbed line so recovery stays quick.
Brew and steam solenoid replacement. A solenoid that sticks gives you no flow at the group or a steam wand that runs on. We test and swap the brew and steam solenoids on Faema Teorema and heat-exchanger machines.
E61 group gasket and seal service. Faema built the E61 group, and the gasket wears out with steady use. We replace the gasket and seals on E61 Legend and Jubile machines so the portafilter seats tight and holds pressure.
Pump and level probe repair. Weak shots or a boiler that overfills trace to the pump or a fouled level probe. We rebuild or replace the pump and clean or swap the probe on Emblema and Teorema builds.
