Mountain View has one of the densest coffee scenes we cover. Castro Street downtown in 94041 is wall to wall cafes, and the tech campuses out toward 94043 and the shops around El Camino in 94040 run Faema machines hard. A dead group head on Castro Street during the morning rush is a line out the door.

From San Ramon it is about 45 minutes down 680 and across 237, so we set a morning window for Mountain View calls. The water is treated but still scales, and on machines running this kind of volume descaling and filtration are part of nearly every visit.

E61 group service for high volume. Castro Street Faema machines pull shots all day and the E61 group gaskets and shower screens wear fast. We rebuild the group to bring pour consistency back.
Multi-boiler and heat exchanger descaling. Faema runs heat-exchanger and multi-boiler designs, and both scale up on local water. We descale the circuit, test temperature stability, and dial in filtration.
Control board and electronics. Higher-end Teorema and Emblema units throw electronic faults. We diagnose the control board and sensors and replace the board only when it is the real fault.
Solenoid and pump repair. Stuck brew and steam solenoids and a tired pump kill flow and pressure. We rebuild the solenoids and test the pump under load, replacing what is worn.
