Rotary pump rebuild. A restaurant-row Faema plumbed into the water line usually runs a rotary pump, and full-day use wears the vanes and seal. We test line pressure, rebuild or replace the pump, and check that the gauge holds steady.
Heating element and thermostat. A boiler that's slow to recover between rushes often means a heating element is partially burnt out. We test the element and the thermostat and replace whichever one is dragging down recovery time.
