Faema in Los Altos

Faema commercial service.

Los Altos packs its coffee into the village core along Main Street and State Street in 94022 and 94024, a walkable downtown where independent cafes and bakeries run Faema groups through a steady all-day flow. A Teorema or an E61 in one of those shops has to stay up because the foot traffic does not let up.

From San Ramon the drive is about 45 minutes down 680 and 280.

What we repair on the bench.

E61 group service. The E61 group is Faema's own design and the heart of these machines. When it leaks or runs slow we rebuild it with fresh gaskets, screen, and seals so it holds pressure again.
Heat-exchanger descale and water filtration. Hard water scales the heat exchanger and slows the group. We descale the exchanger and boiler and set up or service the inline filter so a busy village cafe is not fighting scale weekly.
Pump and pressure correction. Weak shots on a high-traffic Teorema usually mean a worn rotary pump or a drifted pressure setting. We gauge it, rebuild or replace the pump, and reset to spec.
Solenoid and control board repair. A group that will not cut off or dose counts that wander point at a brew solenoid or the control board. We test both and replace the failed part on the E71 or Emblema.
