Faema in Livermore

Faema commercial service.

Livermore's coffee scene sits in the revived downtown around First Street and the Livermore Valley wine-country tasting rooms in 94550 and 94551, where espresso bars and the cafes that feed the winery crowd run Faema groups all day. A Teorema or an E71 in a busy First Street shop sees real volume on weekends.

From San Ramon it is about 25 minutes out 580, so Livermore is well inside our regular run.

What we repair on the bench.

E61 group rebuild. The E61 group Faema designed is rebuildable, which is why these machines last. When the gasket leaks or the lever gets sloppy, we strip the group and replace gaskets, screen, and seals.
Heat-exchanger descale and filtration. Livermore Valley water is hard and scales the heat exchanger fast. We descale the exchanger and boiler and fit or service an inline filter so the cafe is not back to flushing scale every month.
Rotary pump replacement. Drop in extraction pressure on a high-volume Teorema usually means a worn rotary pump. We gauge the pressure, rebuild or swap the pump, and reset the head to spec.
Brew solenoid and level probe. A group that will not cut off or a boiler that overfills points at the brew solenoid or a scaled level probe. We test both, clean the probe, and replace the failed solenoid.
