Newark coffee runs out of the NewPark Mall food court and the cafes along the Newark Boulevard and Cedar Boulevard retail strips in 94560. These are steady, high-traffic machines, and a Faema that quits at a food-court counter holds up the whole line behind it.

From San Ramon it is about 30 to 35 minutes down 680 and across 84, an easy East Bay reach for us. Newark water is hard, and in a machine running open to close scale builds quick, so descaling and a proper filter are usually the first things we look at.

$150 pickup deposit. Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return are included. Repair work is quoted separately. Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.

E61 group rebuild. Busy Newark Faema machines wear the E61 group gaskets and seals fast. We rebuild the group so shots pour even and the group stops dripping.
Heat exchanger descaling. Hard local water scales the heat exchanger and steam power fades for milk drinks. We descale the circuit and set up filtration so it does not return fast.
Pump and pressure service. Weak or slow shots across the machine point to the pump. We test pressure under load and rebuild or replace the pump on E61 Legend and Teorema units.
Solenoid and water-line repair. Stuck brew and steam solenoids and scaled plumbed lines kill flow. We rebuild the solenoids and check the line and filter under our CSLB #1136642 license.
