Pleasanton is one of our closest calls, about 15 to 20 minutes from San Ramon down the 680. Tri-Valley water scales these machines, so descaling and filtration come up on most visits.

E61 group gaskets and seals. The E61 group Faema invented drips and loses pressure at the gaskets over time. We rebuild the group on E71, E61 Legend, and Jubile so a Main Street bar stays running.
Multi-boiler and heat-exchanger descaling. Tri-Valley water scales the boiler and heat exchanger and hurts recovery. We descale, test the element, and tie in filtration so the fix lasts on a high-volume cafe.
Solenoid valve service. Sticking brew or steam solenoids cause group drip and steam-wand leaks. We test the valve and coil and rebuild or replace it on Teorema and Emblema.
Pump and level probe diagnostics. Weak pressure or an autofill that won't stop traces to the pump or a scaled probe. We bench the pump, clean the probe, and check the control board reads it right.
