Faema in Orinda

Faema commercial service.

Orinda's coffee scene sits in the Theatre District and around the Crossroads, where a handful of cafes and the village restaurants run real espresso programs (94563). It's a small commercial pocket, so when a Faema goes down there isn't a second machine to fall back on. We service Faema as an independent shop and know the E61 group Faema designed along with their heat-exchanger and multi-boiler builds.

Orinda is one of our closer calls, about 20 to 25 minutes from San Ramon over the 24. Hard local water means descaling and filtration come up on most of these machines.

What we repair on the bench.

E61 group gaskets and seals. The E61 group Faema invented drips at the gasket when it ages. We replace the group gaskets and seals on E61 Legend and Jubile so the shot stays clean and the pressure holds.
Heat-exchanger or boiler descaling. Orinda's water scales heat exchangers and boilers quickly. We descale the circuit, check the element, and set you up with filtration so the next call is further out.
Steam and brew solenoids. A leaking steam wand or a slow-closing group usually means a worn solenoid. We test the valve and coil, then rebuild or replace it on Teorema and Emblema machines.
Pump and control board checks. Weak extraction pressure points at the pump, and erratic fills point at the board or level probe. We bench the pump and read the board so the fix is the right one the first time.
