Viking in Pleasanton
Viking in Pleasanton kitchens.
Pleasanton has real Viking density in the gated and custom neighborhoods, Ruby Hill, Kottinger Ranch, Vintage Hills and the older estates along Foothill Road and out toward Castlewood. Those kitchens were built around a big Viking range.
The rangetop is the workhorse in those homes, and it is also the part that calls me most. Commercial-style Viking burners take heat and grease for years, and eventually the igniters, caps and simmer settings need attention.
We are ADRIUM Service Solutions, an independent repair shop based right here in San Ramon, EPA 608 certified and licensed CSLB #1136642. Our $75 diagnostic is waived with the repair and we quote in writing before we start.
Common repairs we do
What we close on the truck.
- Viking rangetop igniters and burner caps. Ruby Hill and Kottinger Ranch kitchens run big Viking rangetops, and the common call is a head that snaps at the spark but never lights, or a simmer flame that drops out. Usually the igniter is cracked or the cap got seated wrong after cleaning. We replace the igniter, true up the cap and port alignment, and set the low-flame so it holds a steady simmer.
- Viking range oven bake element and thermostat. Viking range ovens that brown on one side or quit mid-bake usually point to a cracked bake element or a thermostat sensor out of spec. We confirm the fault with a meter, replace the part, and run a full preheat cycle to check recovery.
- Viking oven and refrigerator door seals. Viking doors take a beating in a busy kitchen, and a worn gasket or loose hinge lets heat or cold escape. We swap the gasket, reset the hinge tension, and make sure the door latches square.

FAQ
Viking in Pleasanton questions, answered.
-
How quickly can you reach Pleasanton from San Ramon?
Very quickly. Pleasanton sits right next door, and we come down 680 through Dublin in about 10 to 12 minutes. Ruby Hill, Vintage Hills and the Foothill Road homes are all a short hop for us. -
My Viking burner sparks but will not light, what is going on?
That is almost always a cracked igniter, a fouled electrode, or a cap seated wrong after cleaning. We fit a new igniter, align the cap and ports, and set the low-flame so the burner lights clean and holds a simmer. -
What do you charge to look at my Viking range?
The diagnostic is $75, and we waive it when you go ahead with the repair. We are an independent shop, so you get a straight written quote with no factory contract attached.
