I pull the panel, confirm coil condition and fan operation, and if it points to the sealed system I handle refrigerant work myself under my EPA 608 Universal certification.
Wall oven not holding set temperature. Viking wall ovens drift when the oven sensor reads wrong or the bake igniter weakens to the point it cycles the gas valve late. I measure sensor resistance against the temperature chart and check igniter current draw, then replace only the component that is actually out of spec.
