- Oven door hinges and gaskets. The heavy Viking oven doors in Danville estate kitchens sag as the hinges wear, so the seal breaks and heat slips past the gasket. We rebuild or replace the hinge assemblies, reset the door alignment, and fit a new gasket so the door hangs true and the oven keeps its heat instead of bleeding it into the room.
- Refrigeration door closer and control board. On Viking built-in columns and French-door units the door hinges and self-closers wear under the weight, and the electronic control can lose its display or throw false alarms. We service the hinge and closer hardware so the doors seat and seal, and we test the control board and its wiring, replacing it only when the readings confirm it is the fault.
- Range igniter and burner tune-up. The 7-Series ranges out in Magee Ranch and Blackhawk see heavy cooking, and the igniters foul while the ports clog over time. We clean the burner assemblies, check the spark module, and replace worn igniters so each head lights clean and the low flame holds instead of blowing out.

How close is your San Ramon base to Danville?
Danville is the next town north, so it is our shortest drive by far. Through Alamo or into the Blackhawk gate is usually a 10 to 15 minute run for us. That said, we still schedule the visit rather than promising same-day service, so we can give the job proper time. -
I have a full Viking suite in Blackhawk. Can you look at the range, the oven, and the built-in fridge together?
Often yes. We plan estate calls to look over the whole kitchen where we can, diagnose each unit, and give you one written quote across all of it. If a sealed-system refrigeration part has to be ordered, we schedule the return so the rest of the work is not held up. -
