Boiler descaling and heater check. Downtown cafes brew all day on hard water, and the boiler scales fast. We descale the 1500S+ or 5000S+, verify the heater, and set filtration so brew temperature stays where it should.
Milk module rebuild. Latte-heavy menus run the Dynamic Milk and Easy modules hard. We strip and rebuild the milk path, replace tired valves and lines, and bring foam quality back.
Grinder burr replacement. A cafe pulls enough shots to dull burrs and drift the grind. We replace the burrs and recalibrate dose so extraction is consistent through the rush.
Brewer unit and valve service. The brewer unit and valves wear under all-day office and cafe volume. We clean, reseal, and replace worn parts so the machine cycles clean and stops leaking.
