The tech campuses around Wolfe Road and Stevens Creek, plus the cafes at Cupertino Main Street, put a lot of WMF super-automatics through hundreds of cups a day. We service those machines, residential luxury is not the work here, it is high-volume breakroom and cafe units. From San Ramon it is roughly a 45 minute drive down 680 and 280.

These machines are plumbed and they get used hard, so scale and milk-module fouling are the two failures we see most. We handle 5000S+ and 9000S+ units in the bigger campus kitchens and 1500S+ in smaller cafes. We descale the boiler, service the brewer, and set up water filtration so a heavy-use machine holds up between visits.

What we repair on the bench.

High-volume brewer rebuild. Campus machines run nonstop, and the brewer unit wears faster for it. We rebuild the brewer, replace seals, and clear grounds buildup so shots stay consistent under load.
Milk module deep service. Dynamic Milk modules in busy breakrooms clog with protein and scale. We strip the lines, service the pump and valves, and restore froth on latte-heavy units.
Boiler descaling and heater check. Plumbed machines scale up at the boiler and heater. We descale the circuit, test the heater, and check filtration so temperature recovery holds during a rush.
Control board and display diagnosis. Frozen screens and fault codes on a 9000S+ point to the control board or display. We diagnose the electronics and replace the failed part rather than guessing.
