What we repair on the bench.

Brewer unit rebuild. Grinding, leaking, or a brew group that jams mid-cycle on a 1500S+ or 5000S+. We pull the unit, clean it, replace worn seals, and reset the brew position so shots run clean again.
Boiler and heater descale. Martinez water leaves heavy scale on the boiler and heater. We descale, check the heating element, and set you up with a water filter so it does not come back in a few months.
Milk module service. Dynamic Milk and Easy modules clog and stop foaming for the lattes a downtown cafe lives on. We strip the module, clear the valves and lines, and rebuild it.
Grinder burr replacement. Worn burrs throw off dose and grind on a high-volume machine. We swap the burrs, recalibrate the grind, and dial the shots back to spec.
