What we repair on the bench.

Boiler and heater descaling. A single-machine office cannot afford a scaled boiler. We descale the boiler and check the heater so temperature holds and recovery stays quick between cups.
Brewer unit service. On 1500S+ machines the brewer eventually sticks or leaks past the seals. We clean and rebuild the unit so it cycles clean instead of dribbling into the tray.
Pump and valve repair. Weak pressure or a machine that will not draw water usually traces to the pump or a stuck valve. We test and replace the failed part and confirm pressure under load.
Display and control board diagnosis. A frozen display or error code on a WMF often points to the control board. We read the fault, check the board and wiring, and source the part if it needs replacing.
