What we repair on the bench.

Brewer unit overhaul. A 5000S+ or 9000S+ in a busy restaurant grinds its brew group hard. We pull it, replace seals, clean the unit, and reset the brew so it stops jamming during service.
Boiler descale and heater check. Hard South Bay water scales the boiler fast. We descale, test the heater, and add filtration so a high-volume machine holds temperature and does not slow down.
Pump and valve repair. Weak pressure or a machine that will not fill usually points to the pump or a stuck valve. We test the water path, replace the failed part, and confirm flow.
Milk module rebuild. Easy and Dynamic Milk modules clog under heavy latte and milk-tea-adjacent demand. We strip, clear, and rebuild the module so it foams right again.
