Volume here ranges from steady office 1500S+ units to busier 5000S+ machines in retail cafes. They run on a plumbed water line, so scale in the boiler and clogged milk modules drive most of our calls. We descale, service the brewer, and set up filtration so the machine keeps pace with a retail crowd.

Boiler descaling. Plumbed machines scale at the boiler and heater on Dublin water. We descale the circuit, check the valves, and verify the inlet filter is keeping up.
Brewer unit repair. Grounds in the cup, leaks, or weak shots point to the brewer. We pull and rebuild it on 1500S+ and 5000S+ units so extraction comes back.
