From San Ramon we are about 35 to 45 minutes out to the 94609 and 94610 corridors depending on the bridge and 24 traffic. We cover the flats and the hills the same way. Hard water and heavy volume drive most of what we see here, so descaling and a proper inline filter come up a lot.

What we repair on the bench.

Brewer unit rebuild. On high-volume 5000S+ and 9000S+ machines the brewer takes the abuse first. We pull it, clean or replace the seals and worn parts, and reset the brew group so it stops sticking mid-cycle.
Grinder burr replacement. Dull burrs on a busy Telegraph cafe machine throw off the grind and starve the puck. We swap WMF burrs and recalibrate the dose so shots run right again.
Milk module service. Dynamic Milk and Easy modules clog with protein and scale if the daily clean gets skipped. We strip the module, clear the valves and lines, and get foam quality back.
Boiler descale and water filtration. Oakland tap scales boilers and heaters fast. We descale the boiler, check the heater, and set you up with an inline filter so it does not come back next month.
