The machines we get called to live in country club kitchens, private school dining halls, and the family offices along the El Camino Real corridor just over the line in 94010. A WMF 1500S+ or 5000S+ here pours fewer cups than a downtown cafe, which means scale builds slow and then bites hard during catered events when the machine sits idle between rushes.

We drive in from San Ramon, about 45 minutes across the San Mateo Bridge depending on the 92 backup. We are an independent shop, not a WMF authorized dealer. We service the bean-to-cup and super-automatic units these properties install, and we write a quote before touching anything.

What we repair on the bench.

Brewer unit rebuild. Low-volume WMF machines that sit idle gum up at the brewer. We strip the brew group, replace worn seals and the piston where needed, and get the puck ejecting clean again.
Boiler descaling on hard club water. Hillsborough kitchens often run unfiltered municipal water. We descale the boiler and heater, flush the valves, and recommend a filter cartridge so the scale stops eating the machine.
Dynamic Milk module service. Event service means lattes in bursts. We pull the milk module, clear the lines and the air valve, and rebuild it so foam stays consistent through a full catered run.
Grinder burr replacement. Dull burrs on a WMF grinder throw off dose and slow the pour. We swap the burr set, reset the grind, and dial the machine back to spec.
