The tech offices off Page Mill in 94304 and the cafes along University Avenue and California Avenue in 94301 and 94303 lean hard on 5000S+ and 9000S+ units that pour from morning standup until late. High volume plus a free-coffee culture means these machines never rest, and when the milk module or brewer quits, a whole floor notices. We service WMF independently, not as a factory shop, with a written quote every time.

From San Ramon we are about 40 to 50 minutes down to Palo Alto over the 680 and the Dumbarton or across the bridge, traffic depending. We schedule around that so the machine is back before the next rush. The Peninsula water still scales boilers, so descaling and proper filtration are part of nearly every job here.

What we repair on the bench.

Milk module overhaul. Office machines pour lattes all day, so Dynamic Milk modules foul fast. We break down the module, clear the lines and valves, and dial foam back to spec.
High-volume brewer service. On 9000S+ units the brewer is the first thing to wear under constant cycling. We rebuild the brew group with fresh seals so it stops faulting mid-shift.
Grinder burr and dose calibration. Worn burrs on a free-coffee floor mean weak, inconsistent shots. We replace WMF burrs and recalibrate the grind and dose for steady output.
Boiler descale and inline filter. Constant brewing scales boilers and heaters quickly. We descale, verify the heater, and set up filtration so the machine recovers properly between drinks.
