Saratoga keeps its WMF machines in a smaller, higher-end setting. The cafes and restaurants along Big Basin Way in the Saratoga Village (95070) run super-automatics for a steady sit-down crowd, and the nearby offices and event venues lean on bean-to-cup units for daily service. It's lower volume than the campuses, but the machines are expected to pour clean every time.

From San Ramon it's roughly an hour down to Saratoga, the longer end of the South Bay run. ADRIUM works WMF as an independent shop, not factory-authorized.

What we repair on the bench.

Brewer unit cleaning and rebuild. Lower-volume Saratoga machines still gum up the brew group over time. We rebuild or replace it on a 1500S+, clear the path, and reset the cycle for a full pour.
Milk module service. Village cafes pour a lot of milk drinks. When froth thins or quits on Dynamic Milk or Easy, we strip the module, clear the lines, and rebuild it.
Descaling and filtration. Scale builds quietly on a machine that runs moderate volume. We descale the boiler and heater and fit inline filtration so the buildup stays managed.
Pump and valve repair. Weak flow or a drip points at the pump or a stuck valve. We test the circuit, rebuild or replace the pump, and clear the valves so pressure holds.
