Blackhawk in 94506 is mostly gated residential, with the commercial side concentrated at Blackhawk Plaza on Camino Tassajara. The WMF machines here sit in the plaza's cafes and restaurants, the country club food service, and private offices that run a bean-to-cup for staff and guests.

We're practically next door. A 1500S+ or 5000S+ that quit before lunch doesn't have to stay dead long.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brewer unit service. Plaza and clubhouse machines build up grounds in the brewer over time. We pull it, reseal, and replace worn pistons so it stops jamming mid-pour.
Grinder burr replacement. When the grind drifts, the shot goes weak. We replace the burrs on a 1500S+ or 5000S+ and reset the dose so the cup comes back to spec.
Milk module rebuild. Dynamic Milk and Easy modules clog when lines aren't flushed between services. We clear the valves and rebuild the path so foam returns.
Descaling and filter service. Scale collects in the boiler from the plumbed line. We descale, check the water filter, and hold the temperature steady so the heater lasts.
