When a WMF 1500S+ or 5000S+ stops mid-shift, the counter backs up fast.

We are based in San Ramon, about 35 to 45 minutes out to Richmond depending on the 580 and the bridge approach. ADRIUM services WMF as an independent shop, not a factory-authorized dealer.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brewer unit jams and short pours. The brewer group on a 1500S+ or 5000S+ wears with volume. We rebuild or replace the brew chamber, reset the cycle, and clear the grounds path so shots run full again.
Grinder burr wear. Dull burrs throw off dose and slow extraction. We swap WMF grinder burrs, recalibrate the grind, and check the dosing so the cup is consistent across the day.
Descaling boiler and heater. Richmond water leaves scale in the boiler and heater circuit. We descale the system and check the inlet valves so heat-up time and pressure come back to spec.
Dynamic Milk module faults. Cold foam, no froth, or milk that quits mid-pour usually traces to the milk module and valves. We strip it, clear the lines, and rebuild the module on Dynamic Milk and Easy setups.
