What we repair on the bench.

Brewer group rebuild. High-volume San Jose machines wear the brew unit fastest. On a 5000S+ or 9000S+ we rebuild or replace the group and reset the cycle so extraction holds through a rush.
Control board and display faults. Frozen screens, error codes, and dead menus point at the control board or display. We diagnose the fault, reseat or replace the board, and confirm the machine reads right again.
Pump and pressure loss. Weak or no flow usually means the pump or a stuck valve. We test pressure across the circuit, rebuild or replace the pump, and clear the valves so shots pour at proper bar.
Boiler descaling and water filtration. San Jose tap scales boilers fast. We descale the heater and boiler, then set you up with proper inline filtration so the same failure doesn't come back next quarter.
