Brewer group service on counter machines. Serramonte food court and Westlake counter units cycle through hundreds of drinks a week, and the brew group on a 1500S+ or 5000S+ wears with that pace. I pull the group, replace the worn seals, and reset the cycle count so extraction holds steady again.
Dynamic Milk module rebuild. Lattes and cappuccinos make up most of what these counters pour, and when the Dynamic Milk module starts sputtering instead of frothing, I strip it down, clear the lines, and rebuild the module so steamed milk comes out right.
Control board diagnosis on error codes. A machine that locks up mid-cycle or throws a code on the display usually traces to the control board rather than the brewer. I test the board against the actual fault before I swap anything, so you're not paying for a part that wasn't the problem.
