The corporate campuses off Willow and the tech tenants near Sand Hill Road and the 94025 commercial blocks run WMF machines hard, sometimes a 9000S+ pulling hundreds of cups a day in a break room. The cafes and the wealthier end of town in 94027 lean on the same equipment for milk drinks.

We come from San Ramon, roughly 45 to 55 minutes over the Dumbarton or down 680 depending on traffic. We service WMF as an independent shop, not factory-authorized. High cup counts in these offices wear brewers and burrs faster, and the Peninsula water still puts scale on the boiler if nobody is filtering it.

What we repair on the bench.

High-volume brewer service. A 9000S+ in a busy office campus runs the brew group constantly. We rebuild it, replace seals, and clean the unit so a break room does not back up at 9am.
Grinder burr and dose calibration. Hundreds of cups a day eats burrs. We replace the burrs and recalibrate dose and grind so the machine stops pulling thin or choked shots.
Dynamic Milk repair. Office crowds order a lot of lattes and flat whites. When the milk module stops frothing we clear the lines and valves and rebuild the module.
Control board and display. A blank display or a machine throwing errors usually means a control board or sensor. We diagnose the fault and source the WMF board if that is what it needs.
