El Cerrito's commercial coffee volume runs through the small restaurants, bakeries, and markets along the San Pablo Avenue strip and the shops in and around El Cerrito Plaza. WMF super-automatics show up in the higher-throughput spots here, the kind of place that needs a machine running from open to close without babysitting.

El Cerrito is about 40 to 45 minutes from our San Ramon shop, usually I-580 or Highway 24 to I-80.

What we repair on the bench.

High-volume brewer rebuild. A 5000S+ or 9000S+ pulling hundreds of cups wears the brewer down fast. We rebuild it with fresh seals and pistons so it keeps up with a San Pablo Avenue morning rush.
Grinder burr replacement. Steady daily volume eats grinder burrs. We swap them and reset the grind so dose and extraction hold through a full shift.
Dynamic Milk module overhaul. Milk modules take the worst abuse in a busy shop. We break down the Dynamic Milk assembly, clear or swap out valves, and rebuild the path until pressure and texture are right again.
Boiler descaling and water filtration. El Cerrito water and steady volume pile scale into the boiler quick. We descale the boiler, inspect the inline filter and upgrade it if needed, and head off premature heater and pump wear.
