Los Altos Hills has almost no storefront commercial. The WMF machines we service here sit in the Foothill College area, in private estate kitchens, and in the small campus and foundation offices around 94022 and 94024. These units pour low daily volume, which lets scale settle in the boiler and lets the brew group dry out between uses.
It is a longer pull from San Ramon, roughly 50 minutes down the 680 and across the 237 corridor depending on traffic. We are an independent shop, not a WMF authorized service center. We handle the bean-to-cup and super-automatic machines in these kitchens and offices, with a written quote before any work.

What we repair on the bench.
- Brewer unit revival on idle machines. Low-use WMF units dry out and stick at the brew group. We pull and rebuild the brewer, replace seals, and get smooth cycling back.
- Boiler descaling. Estate and campus machines on unfiltered water scale up even at low volume. We descale the boiler and heater, flush the valves, and add a filter cartridge.
- Grinder burr replacement. Stale grind and uneven dose on a quiet WMF usually means worn or fouled burrs. We swap the burr set and reset the grind to spec.
- Valve and seal replacement. Drips and pressure loss trace to tired valves and gaskets. We replace the worn parts, pressure-test the system, and seal it back up.
