Hayward (94541, 94542, 94544) runs WMF super-automatics in the downtown B Street cafes and restaurants and in the office and warehouse kitchens along the Industrial Boulevard corridor. We service those machines, from low-volume cafe units to harder-used breakroom machines. From San Ramon it is about a 30 minute drive over 580.

These are plumbed machines, and Hayward water leaves real scale in the boiler and valves. We see 1500S+ and 5000S+ units most often, with the occasional 9000S+ in a high-traffic kitchen. We descale, service the brewer and milk module, and put in filtration so the same scale problem does not shut the machine down again.

What we repair on the bench.

Descaling and valve service. Hayward water scales the boiler and sticks the solenoid valves. We descale the heater circuit, free the valves, and check the inlet filter to slow the rebuild.
Brewer unit rebuild. Leaks, weak shots, and grounds in the cup mean the brewer needs work. We pull and rebuild it on 1500S+ and 5000S+ units so the puck packs and extracts right.
Milk module repair. Easy and Dynamic Milk modules lose froth as lines clog. We clear and service the milk circuit so cappuccinos and lattes come back to spec.
Pump and water-line fixes. Low pressure and slow fill point to the pump or inlet plumbing. We diagnose the water circuit and replace the worn pump so flow and pressure return.
