We service WMF super-automatic machines all over Concord (94518, 94519, 94520). The Todos Santos Plaza restaurants and the office parks along Concord Avenue and Willow Pass Road run a lot of bean-to-cup units, and when one quits the morning rush stalls.

Hard water is the story here. Most of these machines sit on a plumbed line, and the scale builds up in the boiler and valves fast. We see a lot of 1500S+ and 5000S+ units in mid-volume cafes and the larger 9000S+ in busier kitchens. We descale, swap worn parts, and set up filtration so the same boiler problem does not come back in six months.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Boiler and valve descaling. Concord water leaves heavy scale in the boiler and solenoid valves. We descale the heater circuit, check the valves for sticking, and flag whether your inlet filter is doing its job.
Brewer unit service. Weak shots, leaks, and grounds in the cup usually trace to the brewer unit. We pull it, clean or rebuild it, and reseal so the puck packs right again.
Grinder burr replacement. Worn burrs throw off dose and grind on a 5000S+ or 9000S+. We swap the burrs and recalibrate so volume and extraction hold steady through service.
Milk module repair. Dynamic Milk and Easy modules clog and lose froth quality. We clear the lines, service the pump and valves, and reset the milk circuit for clean foam.
