The Rheem Valley and Moraga Center shopping districts in 94556 run cafes and a couple of restaurants, and Saint Mary's College keeps food-service equipment going through the school year. The WMF machines here are usually 1500S+ or 5000S+ size, fitting the smaller counters.

We are close. From San Ramon, Moraga is about 25 to 30 minutes over the hill. We service WMF as an independent shop, not factory-authorized. The local water still scales a boiler over time, and a machine on a campus or in a single cafe is the only one they have, so when it dies they need it back fast.

Brewer unit service. A 1500S+ or 5000S+ on a small counter still jams or leaks when the brew group wears. We rebuild the unit, replace seals, and reset the brew position.
Descale and water filtration. Scale on the boiler and heater is the most common Moraga fault. We descale, check the element, and set up a filter so the single machine in the shop stays reliable.
Grinder burr replacement. Worn burrs flatten the shot at the Rheem Valley cafes. We swap the burrs and recalibrate grind and dose.
Milk module and valve repair. Easy Milk modules clog and valves stick on machines that sit between rushes. We clear the lines, rebuild the module, and replace failed valves.
