Castro Street downtown in 94041 is packed with cafes and restaurants, and the tech campuses off Shoreline and around the 94043 office parks run WMF machines in break rooms at high cup counts. Add the residential and small-business mix in 94040 and you get a steady load of 5000S+ and 9000S+ units.

We drive from San Ramon, about 50 to 60 minutes down 680 and across 237 depending on traffic. We service WMF as an independent shop, not factory-authorized. Heavy office use wears brewers and burrs quickly, and the South Bay water scales boilers, so descaling and filtration come up on most calls here.

High-cup-count brewer rebuild. A 9000S+ in a Shoreline break room runs all day. We rebuild the brew group, replace seals, and clean the unit so it does not back up during the morning rush.
Grinder burr and grind calibration. Castro Street cafes and busy offices flatten burrs fast. We replace them and recalibrate dose and grind so shots come back to spec.
Dynamic Milk module repair. Latte-heavy demand clogs the milk module. We clear the lines and valves and rebuild it so it foams consistently again.
Boiler descale and board diagnostics. Scale slows the boiler and a faulting machine often points to a control board or display. We descale, add filtration, and diagnose any board fault before sourcing the part.
