- Machine going dark on hot days. If the machine shuts down on warm afternoons and works again in the morning, the power supply or a board component may be failing under heat. We run it at full temperature on the bench, measure the supply, and replace the part that drops out.
- Frozen or unresponsive display. A display that stops responding to touch or freezes on one screen may have a failing display board or a poor connection to the main board. We test both, reseat the cable, and replace the failed part.
- Heater cutout tripping again and again. A safety cutout on the heater shuts it off when it overheats. If it trips repeatedly, the cause might be scale on the heater, a failing sensor or a weak cutout. We test all three and fix the real cause, not just the cutout.
