The closest commercial coffee traffic sits just over the line on Santa Cruz Avenue in Menlo Park, and we cover that too.

It's a longer pull for us, about 45 minutes from San Ramon across the bridge. We plan Peninsula visits so a tech arrives with the common WMF wear parts already loaded, not a clipboard alone.

What we repair on the bench.

Brewer unit service. Even a lightly used WMF in an estate kitchen will gum up the brewer over time. We pull it, clean and reseal, and replace worn pistons so it brews clean again.
Grinder burr swap. When the grind goes coarse, the espresso flattens out. We replace the burrs and dial the grind back to where the machine pours right.
Dynamic Milk module rebuild. Milk modules clog hardest when a machine sits idle between uses. We strip the module, clear the valves, and rebuild the milk path for proper foam.
Boiler and heater descaling. Plumbed machines collect scale from the line. We descale the boiler and heater, check the filtration, and bring temperature back to spec.
