WMF in Rodeo

WMF commercial service.

Rodeo sits on the eastern shore of San Pablo Bay, served by Interstate 80 and State Route 4, with Crockett just along the shore and Port Costa on the south side of the Carquinez Strait. We collect WMF machines from all three. A 1500S+ can run for years on basic care, but the brewer seals, the burrs and the milk parts all wear with the cup count, and waiting for them to fail usually means a closed counter on a busy morning.

A scheduled service catches that wear early. On our bench we rebuild the brewer, check the burrs, strip the milk module, descale if needed and reset the cycle counter. Water matters for the descale interval: Rodeo and Crockett run on EBMUD water, soft to moderate, and Port Costa's comes from the Contra Costa Water District.

What we repair on the bench.

Preventive service based on cup count. Rather than waiting for a fault, we set a service interval around your cup count. Each service covers the brewer seals, the burrs, the milk module and the water filter, so worn parts are replaced before they fail during a rush.
Water filter bypass setting. The filter's bypass setting blends filtered and unfiltered water, and it should suit your supply. We check the setting against whether the machine runs on EBMUD or Contra Costa Water District water and we replace the machine's built-in filter cartridge on request.
Drip tray and grounds sensors misreading. A machine that keeps asking to empty an empty tray, or never asks at all, usually has a dirty or failed sensor. We clean the contacts, test the sensor and replace it if it has failed.
