Saratoga keeps its coffee in the Village along Big Basin Way in 95070, where the cafes and small restaurants serving the downtown stretch run espresso all day. We service Astoria machines for those village shops, the cafe-grade and mid-market gear suited to a steady but not industrial pace.

From San Ramon it is roughly an hour down I-680 and over toward the foothills into Saratoga, our longer South Bay run. Local water is hard enough that Astoria boilers and group heads scale, so descaling and a proper water filter come up on most calls here, especially in a small shop that cannot afford a machine going down on a weekend.

Heating element and level probe. No heat or a boiler overfilling on Plus 4 You and Storm machines usually means a scaled element or level probe. We descale the boiler, replace what is gone, and add filtration.
Group gaskets and screens. Village cafes pull steadily through the day. We swap worn group gaskets and dispersion screens so the portafilter locks clean and extraction holds.
Brew and steam solenoids. A weeping wand or a slow-filling group points at scaled solenoid valves. We rebuild or replace the brew and steam valves and flush the lines.
Pump and motor. Low or uneven pressure traces to the rotary pump and motor. We test brew pressure, rebuild or swap the pump on Core600 and Tanya machines, and reset it.
