Control board diagnosis. A frozen display or a dosing button that stops responding on a Hybrid or Core600 often gets blamed on the board first. We test the wiring and connections before replacing anything, since a loose connector causes the same symptoms.
Group gaskets and screens. Constant short cycling wears the gasket and shower screen faster than the shot count implies. We replace both and check that the group reseats evenly so pours stay consistent.
