Rodeo sits on the eastern shore of San Pablo Bay, off Interstate 80 and Route 4, with Crockett and Port Costa close by. The water differs between them. Rodeo and Crockett are on EBMUD, soft to moderate, while Port Costa gets treated water from the Contra Costa Water District. A filter setting that suits a counter in Rodeo is not automatically right for one in Port Costa.

We collect machines from all three towns and bring them to our bench. The Core600 and Hybrid get their boards and sensors checked along with the usual wear parts, and the Plus 4 You and Storm get pressure and flow tested at every group. Nothing is replaced until you approve a written quote.

What we repair on the bench.

Flowmeter fault on a Core600. When a group stops dosing and the display shows a flow error, the flowmeter is either blocked or its sensor has failed. We clean the impeller, test the signal at the board, and replace the flowmeter only if the signal stays dead.
Boiler refilling too slowly after steam use. A slow refill leaves the boiler low and the steam wet. We test the fill solenoid and the inlet filter on the bench, clear whichever is restricted, and tell you if the supply pressure at your end is worth checking.
Group that will not stop dispensing. A brew solenoid stuck open keeps water running through the group after the button is released. We rebuild or replace the valve and check the board output that drives it, since a board stuck on looks the same from the counter.
