San Ramon is home turf for us. The coffee accounts here cluster around City Center Bishop Ranch in 94583 and the cafes serving the office parks off Camino Ramon and Bollinger Canyon in 94582. We service Astoria machines for those shops and for the corporate cafe setups that run them.

San Ramon water is treated but still leaves scale in espresso boilers over time, so on Astoria machines we end up doing routine descaling and filter service alongside the actual repair to keep the next breakdown further out.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Group gaskets and dispersion screens. Office-park cafes run steady volume through the day. We replace worn group gaskets and screens on Plus 4 You and Hybrid machines so extraction stays even shift to shift.
Brew and steam solenoids. Scaled solenoid valves cause a leaking wand or a slow-filling group. We clean or replace them and descale the feed lines so it holds.
Control boards. A frozen display or off dosing on Hybrid and Core600 machines often comes back to the control board. We test first and only replace the board if it is actually the fault.
Heating element and level probe. No heat or an overfilling boiler points at the element or level probe. We descale the boiler, swap what is failed, and set you up with filtration.
