Los Altos Hills is almost entirely residential and large-lot, so the commercial Astoria machines we service sit in the cafes and the few institutional kitchens along the 94022 and 94024 edges down toward Los Altos and Foothill. The work is mid-market espresso, Plus 4 You and Hybrid machines, run for members and staff rather than a street rush.

From San Ramon it is about 45 minutes down 680 and across to the 94022 area.

Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Group gaskets and screens. Even lower-volume machines harden their group gaskets over time and clog the screen. We replace both so the portafilter seals and the shot runs clean.
Heating element and level probe. Machines that idle for hours still scale the element and probe. We descale, set up filtration, and replace the element or probe if scale has done the damage.
Control boards. A Hybrid or Plus 4 You that throws faults or loses its dosing usually has a board issue. We diagnose, reseat or replace, and re-check the program.
Brew and steam solenoids. A dripping group or a wand that will not steam comes down to a stuck solenoid. We test and swap the failed Astoria valve on the visit.
